You have a common goal and want to get something off the ground together. Yet again and again, sensitivities, misunderstandings and differences in modes of communication get in the way? Criticism can neither be voiced nor taken on? Meetings follow ever same patterns and participants are in danger of dying of boredom and frustration? In such cases, systemic mediation can be an excellent tool, which I usually offer together with a colleague. In this way, we can keep a close eye on the complexity of needs in the group and better integrate the various characters, their values and aims.
Since I myself am living in a self-organized house project since 2013, assignments are frequently from this realm. I am happy to counsel and mediate groups from all contexts.
